Introduction to the Sanskrit Atlas; Washington DC

The workshop is designed to prepare you for study of the grammar and meaning of Sanskrit texts using the ASI Sanskrit Atlas

By the end of the workshop, you will be familiar with the structure and contents of the Atlas and you will understand and have experience identifying these fundamental building blocks of Sanskrit grammar:  sandhis, nouns, verbs, participles, indeclinable, and compounds. 

We will have broken down the grammar and translation of a verse from the Bhagavad Gītā.

Sanskrit Level 1 is a prerequisite.
