The focus of this weekend immersion will be on learning the fundamentals of noun formation in Sanskrit as outlined in the Aṣṭādhāyī of Pāṇini.  The workshop will include study of the grammar, translation, and relevant examples in the Pāṇini sūtras related to the kṛt pratyaya ghañ, one the most common suffixes applied directly to verbal roots to form masculine nouns ending in "a".
